Refund policy

1. General Information

We are committed to providing you with high-quality art prints and digital artworks. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations with respect to returns and refunds.


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under the laws of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, receives the goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.


Effects of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

Please note that due to the nature of the products offered, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

- Custom-made or personalized products.

- Digital downloads once the download has commenced.


3. Returns (Non-EU Customers)

For customers outside of the European Union, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.


Please note that custom-made or personalized products and digital downloads are non-returnable.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


To process your claim efficiently, please include the following information:

- Order number

- Description of the defect or damage

- Photos of the damage (if applicable)


Please do not return items without prior communication with our customer service.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned item or your withdrawal request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers (outside the EU) are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to their order. These fees are non-refundable by us, and any refusal to pay these fees will result in the package being returned to us at your expense.
